OUR SERVICES

    • NIA certified inspectors to help ensure new and existing thermal insulation systems are installed to specification, determine condition of existing insulation systems, and prioritize repairs

    • survey your facility and identify areas where insulation can be utilized or upgraded to help you reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. Using the 3EPlus software, our NIA certified Insulation Energy Appraisers can determine Btu loss and CO2 and NOX emissions and help you identify the most cost effective areas where insulation can be utilized

    • utilize infrared thermography to inspect steam lines/boilers, buildings, mechanical/rotating components, roofing, and electrical systems

    • develop program for documentation of asbestos containing materials and prioritize repairs. Track and verify completed repairs, manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulations. All reports are stored to a cloud-based database where documents can be readily accessible to employees in the field via QR codes. No more searching for reports or licensing/subscription fees!

    • sample collection and interpretation of results to determine concentrations of asbestos in building materials, mechanical insulation systems, etc.

    • provide clearance testing for Type 3 asbestos enclosures and background air monitoring for asbestos in air

    • sample collection and interpretation of results to determine concentrations of lead in air and bulk materials

    • sample collection and interpretation of results to determine concentrations and species of mould in air and bulk materials

    • provide asbestos awareness training for workers to comply with governmental regulation requirements
